When I was fixing the bug I was reusing the same save. The weight updated for me. You can try activating the mod last in case something is overriding it.

I guess it requires a fresh save, since the weight is the same for me still.

@Krist why not make the weights changeable in Sandbox? That'd let server owners dictate the weight without multiple mods.
