[CD] Better Character Randomization

Description
Sometimes, you just want a random character, but with some specific requirements. This makes that easier!

Features
  • Ability to ban/require traits and professions when randomizing.
  • Seamless UI.
  • Improved randomization algorithm.
  • Ability to "Blind Randomize", randomizing and hiding the result.

Compatibility
Compatible with any trait mod! Changes were made as non-destructively as possible.
