Tome of Penguins - Corrected & Edited

This is the official Tome of Penguins Mod released by TriumphBas with the following fixes:

• Tooltips have been added clarifying that the spells are enchantments/transformations/damage/buffs etc.
  
• The Dire Emperor Penguin has icon art now
  
• The Dedicated to Evil Enchantment works now
  
• The Dire Emperor Penguin has amphibious now like it's normal penguin counterparts, gets wet when fighting in the water, like it's normal counterpart, and deals frost damage, like it's normal counterpart
  
• The Tome is now a hybrid Chaos/Nature Tome

Half of the abilities have also been updated to Tier 2, instead of everything being Tier 1

I am going to take this mod down if at any point Triumph updates the original Penguin mod with the listed fixes
