Lore:
During the production of Utah raptors at Jurassic park, the accidental combination of human and dinosaur DNA lead to the creation of Utah; a human dinosaur hybrid.

Possessing human intelligence and a raptors hunting abilities; she is fast, agile, strong, intelligent; and likes to "play with her food" (wink wink).

She also has sadistic and dominant tendencies, and will often use her appearance and communication skills to manipulate, lure in, and "have her way" with male staff, often leaving them badly injured, but pleased with the experience.

In the event that a male staff member is "played with" by Utah, they must be isolated and taken into medical care within 24 hours, before symptoms of a bacterial disease she carries, nicknamed "Prehistoric Penile Putrefaction."

24 hours after "contact", PPP will begin to set in.

PPP symptoms and progression:

Stage 1, initial infection:
Male genitalia will appear totally unaffected; but urinating will cause a burning sensation.

Stage 2: 24 hours later.
Skin of the shaft, testicles and gland will begin to flake off, itching will start; scratching is known to speed up progression.

Stage 3: 48 hours after contact:
Large chunks of skin will begin to fall off; exposing sensitive flesh underneath, other opportunistic infections will take this as an opportunity to attack the body; patient will experience burning pain if exposed flesh is touched.

Stage 4: 60 hours after contact:
Flesh of the shaft, gland and testicles begins necrosis rapidly; spontaneous cell death quickly destroying the entire genitalia within 10 hours; process is extremely painful.

Necrosis often leads to rupturing of major blood vessels/arteries, patient will likely bleed out if left without medical intervention.

Stage 5: 70 hours after contact:
Genitalia have entirely decomposed into a black fluid, any skin contact with the infected body fluid will cause a new case of infection.

If the patient is still alive at this point; what is left of the genital region will need to be surgically removed entirely, the area disinfected heavily with antibiotics, and the removed flesh incinerated at 420 degrees Celsius.

Stage 6: 70+ hours after infection:
if the disease remains untreated with powerful antibiotics, the disease will progress into the blood stream and throughout the entire body.

At this point, the patient will last less than 24 hours, before the entire body rapidly decomposes; the patient still alive and in agony the entire time.

Bacteria also seems to target the brain, heart and lungs last; why is unknown but it seems to be a last ditch effort to try and infect more hosts.
