No Grass Mod For CUP Terrains 2.0 by ANZACSAS Steve.

- Removes grass/clutter so that players can use Full terrain detail while having no grass.
- Works for CUP Terrains 2.0.
- May work for addon island/terrains based off these islands/classes.
- Usefull for Pilots too.
- Runs as client or client/server.
