[xdR] Shotgun Reload Fixes & Tweaks

Fixes a handful of issues with reload sequences.

G'day, these are from my upcoming Survivor Animation Expansion but I felt they are good enough to release standalone.

In L4D1 you can hear other players reloading their shotgun shells but in L4D2 it's not present. This has nothing to do with the sequence or animation, what actually caused it was some sort of butterfly effect with how animations are handled in newer branches of the source engine. Now you can enjoy hearing the chk chk chk of your comrades o7.

Features:
+Improved shotgun reload blending.
+Fixed shotgun reloads missing its shell insert sounds.
+Made shotgun reload speed consistent with each other and the viewmodel.
+Gave Zoey the autoshotgun bolt pull, scaled for her skeleton.
