1212 Snow and Desert attrition

Description
This gives Snow and Desert attrition immunity to certain factions that it makes historical/geographical sense would have more resistance to it than others. I wish I could make it a percentage so it's not just a faction has it or not, however that is not possible within the parameters of the base code.

Desert Attrition Immunity:
Makuria
khwarazm
marinids
seljuks
zagwe
zengids
ildegizids
hafsids
ghurids
ayyubid
almohads
abbasids

Snow Attrition Immunity:
kiev
lithuania
scotland
denmark
cumans
volga
goldenhorde
georgia
teuton

Does shirltess units also get snow attition immunity? That would be humanely impossible

@Bejing, I don't think you understand what it was that was said. I was referring to making percentages of how resistant a specific faction is to a certain type of attrition. So say Denmark has 70% resistance to snow attrition while Georgia only has 40%. That's not possible within the parameters of the base code.

The 2 mongolia country is already immunity for desert and snow, so why u say not possible of the base code. Anyway, this is a good mod, thanks for u.
