Re-uploaded since for whatever reason, I can't update the original

This lets you become a military dictatorship as a presidential one through a decision, since I thought it was odd that only two nations in the whole game get to be military dictatorships. (Switzerland and Milan)

Should be very compatible with most other mods, unless it removes the presidential dictatorship or military dictatorship reforms

a word of wisdom for anyone reading this: every version of the Bible that is not translating the Textus Receptus and Septuagint are straight false (eg. NIV, ESB, etc). KJV New Testament is from the Textus Receptus but OT is from the Masoretic which has been altered substantially and is thus inferior to the Septuagint (the Septuagint was written by the Jews themselves ~300-200BC). Orthodox Study Bible has correct NT and OT.

the decision already requires you to be a presidential dictatorship, so it wouldn't make sense that a civil war would start after the dictator has been in power for a while, especially considering that in the base game, a presidential dictatorship becomes a monarchy if the dictator dies with republican tradition below 50 and spawns no revolts

by civil war I don't mean spawning in 50 rebels at once lol, I mean creating another nation within your nation that you're at war with by default (eg. CSA vs USA)
