Niani Mine Workaround

Description
We can now build a grand temple but the gold mine is in the city of Figuira. This mod moves the mine to another holding in Niani, Wasulu.

Update: PDX moved the temple to Wasulu so I moved the mine to Yanfolila.

@Sr Schmittt I just checked. it's working for me. The mine is in Yanfolila. You can't see it in economy mode until you build a holding there.
