Junpei Iori from the Persona series. His playstyle is focused on playing with the rules of baseball (this was a hell of figuring out how to code it) to empower your moves.

Hitting with a bat and dash attack = Base
Hitting shield = Ball
Whiffing bat moves = Strike
Hitting a strong attack = Homerun
Getting hit = Out

3 strikes = out
3 outs = reset all bases
4 balls = one base
4 bases = homerun

Getting 10 homeruns will give you a buff called Victory Cry, which will increase your bat tipper moves hitstop and play a certain bonk sound. Will stack by powers of 10 and the max is 55. Also, all bat aerial moves can be jump cancellable.

All bat moves (that gives base and homerun) = aerial forward, aerial back, aerial up, f tilt, up tilt, all strongs which give homeruns, special up)

Neutral and down specials are persona moves that share the same cooldown.

Neutral special summons Trismegistus from behind and charges forward and if it hits an enemy, it hits them two more times before fading out.

Down special summons Trismegistus above and falls down, spiking any enemy and if they are closer to the ground, sticks them to the ground for a brief moment before launching up.
