NPC Voice Chat

Adds the capabilities of voice chat from real players to regular NPCs and some nextbots. See the three attached videos above for a brief showcase.

• Support for Lambda Players - Adds the ability to use nicknames, profile pics and voicelines from there
  
• Support for Lambda and Zeta Voice Profiles - Doesn't require the main addon to be subscribed to, just subscribe to the voice profile you like and you're good to go
  
• Somewhat of a multiplayer support
  
• Duplication compatibility - NPC's voice profile, voice pitch, profile picture and other stuff gets saved on duplication

In the spawnmenu and the second attached image above you will find a guide explaining how to do it step-by-step, so you won't get frustrated on how to. Keep in mind that english is not my first language, so you will probably find some grammar and wording issues there.
