This mod changes the max power consumption, thrust and efficiency in atmosphere to match that of the vanilla thrusters.

Large grid:
Max power: 9 MW -> 3.36 MW
Thrust: 3.8 MN -> 345.6 kN
Efficiency in atmosphere: 0.3 -> 0.2

Small grid:
Thrust: 144 kN -> 14.4 kN
Efficiency in atmosphere: 0.3 -> 0.2
