Description
The BLU Civilian, founder of the Jules Archibald Foundation, and the Governor of New Mexico in 1968. He has a vested interest in Builder's League United and Emesis Pharmaceuticals, and his dealings in those companies lead to his kidnapping in late October, mere weeks away from election day.

for some reason his left eye is untextured even though I have cs:s installed. do I need to install tf2 to have this fixed?
