Built for varied and long range combat within a planets atmosphere, this fighter incorporates many design aspects of other fighters. It is built to be a middle ground between maneuverability, range, and power.

When operated correctly, this fighter has an exceptionally long range, able to circle planets for hours. This is achieved via a form of 'supercruise', where the fighter coasts on atmospheric thrust power which is sustained by a large array of batteries.

This fighters large powerplant also comes in handy regarding the fighters primary weapons. This fighter is armed with 6 railguns, 3 mounted on each nacelle. The railguns are configured to fire in 3 bursts of two shots, one shot per nacelle per burst. This allows for a higher chance of hitting a target at range without having to waste as many shots.

Along with its primary weapons, this fighter is armed with a secondary weapon array of both fixed and turreted auto-cannons. It features 6 forward facing guns for close range dog-fighting, as well as 4 auto-cannon turrets for heavy close and mid range damage.

A weapon array is only as strong as the cargo array behind it, this fighter is based off of a single large cargo container, which should have plenty of space for ammo, ice, or any other cargo you need to carry. This is combined with 2 large and 6 small hydrogen tanks.

This fighter achieves a higher thrust efficiency then others by avoiding the use of small thrusters, small thrusters add more weight and use more power or hydrogen for the same effect as large thrusters. This fighter is built with only large thrusters, which does limit left and right maneuverability a tad, however a massive amount of forward and upward thrust makes up for that in my opinion.

In terms of maneuverability, this fighter is a B+. It will be outmaneuvered by super light fighters and other super-maneuverable craft, this was a necessary trade off for the fighters large power array.

I am very proud of this fighter, it represents over 1000 hours of research and development and has in my testing outperformed many other fighters. While I'm sure there are better fighters out there, I would say this one is a good compromise between weight, maneuverability, range, and power.
