Thank you for letting me know. The pathfinding near doors and gates is always troublesome. Maybe there is no complete solution, but your comment can help others.
By the way, using wood partitions as wall lining sounds good :)
Thank you for trying my mod!
Without your report, I would not have recognized that the fake functionality could be annoying. Now, I plan to make a similar patch mod for the Campfire with Stand because the mod uses the same fake functionality.
Thank you again for giving helpful information!
For now I could not reproduce the issue, but your report indicates that "fake functionality" seems suspicious.
I made a mod to remove that fake functionality as a temporary measure.

Would you mind trying it?
Thank you for reporting.
Most of the furniture added by this mod is just decorative items. The only furniture that has real inventory space is the sake barrels.
As for interactive icons, the small objects, such as sake bottles and teacups, are hard to select when on the table. So, I added a "fake functionality" that displays a gear icon when a cursor is placed on decorative objects.

The fake functionality itself does nothing. When you right-click an object with fake functionality and select " Inventory," the character's inventory window will open, but nothing more.
And I really hate those customers who first cry 'bout a mod being broken, then just be like "Oh, no matter, I fixed it..." without any further explanation, and never comment again.
Thank you for reporting, and I'm glad to hear your game is functioning correctly now. I genuinely appreciate your taking the time to solve this issue. Your report will help others to solve future CTD issues!
For reference :
I received a report about the Beak Thing Statue mod, similar to the CTDs you experienced in the building menu. In that case, the auto-icon generation process was suspicious. So I made icon images beforehand and included them in the mod folder, and then the CTD stopped.
