Sheath seems to be designed as a technical, domineering sort that's both deceptively mobile and very good at making its small movepool seem much larger than it really is with its larger number of Free Cancels to bluff with. Its shorter combos should be made up for by high damage that shreds HP. As a whole, aggressive but technical style I find very fun.
Sadly held back by its damage being a bit low and a bug that has it ignoring guards, making it unpleasantly oppressive to fight.
But still. Neat character. Like it lots. Eagerly await the day it gets updated, as even a few minor tweaks should be more than enough to make this character go from 'pretty fun but flawed' to crowd favorite, IMO. Might find a place to put the full review so all can see my thoughts since i saved it in a text doc
