Are you tired of how boring Lilith is? Then this mod is for you!

This mod makes Lilith start with Umbilical Cord and Sacrificial Alter, which replaces Box of Friends.

This creates a much more dynamic and risky style of playing Lilith that can lead to more rewards. By sacrificing familars you get with Cambion Conception and Umbilical Cord, you can get more Devil Deal items than you usually would, while still being balanced.

You can sacrifice up to 2 familiars (exluding Incubus of course) to maximize the potential of the Alter.

If this mod gets enough traction, I'll figure it out a way to be able to use Sacrificial Alter more than once.
