Because this map still uses the not very efficient ObjLoader to load the map. The other maps have chunks made out of props.

When i load the map up i spawn on a small platform and i lag but im on 64 bit and the map for mafia tcolh works fine please explain

Probably another map or addon interfere with your position when spawning in.

i would like it if the map loads but when i was in the vice city map it loaded but the floor is like not in the right spot
