So this is my city of Arecibito. It was completly made withouth any mods or assets from workshop.

are there any saved game maps without DLC, for the new beginner to learn the game?

Interestingly I opened the save without problems.
Good start for a vanilla setting.

Hi, saved file isn't working says missing map (default) only no Kiki Bay available
