Simply economical "Four Sqaure" home where every inch is utilized for the least and modest life style. One of the most popular styles of home across North America. You may place a mail-order today!

2 house styles and 3 lots are included. Vanilla plants are used but they are easily changed or removed by using BOB mod. Subscribing to LSM Revisited is highly recommended for the best performance.

*If you use Repaint 1.7.3, make sure to turn on "Disable LOD colorization on next load" in option menu. The color map texture for the sub-mesh LOD model may not work correctly.

Hitting all the bases of US house types pre-mid century!! I was just looking at this very old workshop asset of a four square house that wouldn't fit in with theme of your other low res houses...until now...soon you'll be the one stop shop for these sorts of residences!
