[COMMISSION] Saiyan Limit Breaker

This simple add-on to Vyklade's DBZ Transformation Library adds a singular new stackable form: The Limit Breaker.

To unlock Limit Breaker, the player must defeat the Wall of Flesh. Afterwards they will be able to enter Limit Breaker by pressing the Limit Breaker hotkey (Default U).

Limit Breaker is a stackable form, meaning it will can be used with other saiyan forms without any cost! It grants +50% damage, +10% speed and 20 defense.
However Limit Breaker is exhausting. The user can only remain in this form for 15 to 25 seconds (Based on Mastery). Once this timer is over, the user is kicked out of the form and must wait 50 seconds before entering the form again.
