Weather_3.4: reduced the exposure and saturation of the weather a little, added 3 new skybox, bad weather, heavier rain, more visible raindrops, fixed some cloud shadow bugs

Any chance you could reduce the size of the rain effect on the windscreen/shield and door widows? They are majorly super unrealistic and makes the experience look proper yuck and very poor compared to brutal graphics and weather effect.
