@ThiccCat it works fine. Enable in main menu and look into challenges tab. Its not a spawn point for ordinary game.

I felt sick today. I went into the pharmacy and saw a man in a cap. But then he took off his cap, and it was a man in an avocado-colored suit! I had to run again. I still haven't bought the pills! But now I'm hiding in a more or less safe place.
