Neurotrauma Weaponized Scalpels

Description
In Neurotrauma you could swing the scalpel but it would do no damage, with this mod it now does damage and can still be used as treatment to open someone up.

In all regards besides attack speed it is worse than a knife but chances are a surgeon would be

Could you do it for all of the Neurotrauma tools like the Surgical Saw or Drill as well as the other Scalpels. The only one that does damage is the normal Scalpel.
