Fully populated the town, added soldiers in the police station and populated the easter egg club as well. In addition, I also added some NPCs to the houses, but not all, and each only has one or two (performance reasons.)

The npcs may or may not shift from their positions if you enable thinkinng (not too big of a deal unless you want them to be positioned realistically, e.g infront of a cash register.)
