Long-range transport designed to land and deploy wide-wheelbase vehicles using a hydraulic arm located inside the cargo bay. Can deliver a full complement of passengers and a cargo payload of up to 20t to any land location on Kerbin, with enough fuel to return and land at KSC, or an 18t payload in a complete circumnavigation.

The Mk.4b variant has seating for sixteen passengers and a single cargo arm, configured to deploy payload objects carefully to ground level from the docking connector. Care should be taken not to overly shift the centre of gravity of the aircraft when pre-loading cargo in the hangar. Also test the ground clearance of the payload with the arm fully extended, and adjust the deployment sequence to avoid the deployed vehicle being crushed under the arm of a 123-tonne aircraft.
