Description


Reworks all decrees and adds several others. Filled in the gap of 'encourage' decrees giving throughput bonuses and removes the mutual exclusivity between different 'encourage' decrees within the same state. The authority of most decrees is reduced to 75, while a few others are more expensive or cheaper for flavour and balance.

These are more powerful decrees, which may give more incentive to an authoritarian playstyle rather than liberal-multicultural.

Mostly translated for Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Turkish.

Hi all, will make sure this mod is working fine soon. But I did want to share the good news that hideable decrees should now be possible. Meaning that unique decrees can be available for some countries without them having to always be visible to every other country.

So if anyone has ideas/requests for unique decrees, let me know :)

colony growth generation from penal colony decree doesn't increase colonization speed for me but other modifiers work. Is it only me or what?

Possibly, but I don't think it should. If you like, you can change it yourself. In the launcher, click open mod folder, go to the common/decrees file, open the txt file, find the culture conversion decree, change/add the racial_segregation law to the possible section

Any reason as to why Culture Conversion doesnt work with Racial Segregation?
