GMSC x XTwisters

Description
This is the new version of GMSC Entities pretty much uses XTwisters' new modding API.

Credit to the creators of Xtwisters for the modding API and for Xtwisters and to the people who created GMSC.

Note: If you can't see the particles, a good workaround is just installing the GMSC Tornado Map Series.

If you complain that im using gmsc particles I will grind you with a cheese grater and you can go cry about it.

REGARDING XT2:
An XT2 version is planned, however the API has never released so I am uncertain when it will be out. Mainly just depends whenever XT2's modding API gets released.

I wanted to at one point but the devs heavily discouraged it so I didn't use GMT, and I doubt Starscreamtron would like it anyways because its using his particles without his permission.

Now you may say the same thing with GMSC but, gmsc's particles are like a decade old now and I dont think anyone gives a f--k if an addon is using gmsc particles. Plus I've seen many other addons use them too
