SeaStar Terminator V6 250 | High Output Outboard Engine

The Terminator series is essentially a premium high performance series of outboard engines taking much inspiration from the Mercury Verado series as well as the mercury R line of racing outboards.

This comes in 5th place as far as power ratings on the terminator series. Coming in at 6 cylinders, 3.2L, and 250 Horsepower. It’s not super fancy but it is elegant and works well. The 3.2L naturally aspirated SeaStar V6 is mated to an auto-engaging single ratio transmission with Forward, Neutral, And reverse gears. As all Terminators do, this unit is equipped with dynamic steering to increase vessel stability and ease of use.

The 250 V6 Is intended to power anything from very small fishing boats, to pontoon boats, to medium sized center consoles. This engine in single form was able to push Optimistic’s Tri-Toon boat at a top speed of 22 mph under full throttle which I deem reasonable.

For the 3rd time in this series, I have used Optimistic’s Tri-Toon boat and repowered with a SeaStar Terminator. And once again, I cannot share it for copyright reasons.
