Better Welder Reflections&Bloodmap

Description

This mod fixes the reflection and the blood map that is used from nmrih_guns_shared (the blood map doesn't work on firearms so don't try to restore it somehow).

Does this conflict with "Melee (Full HD)"? I'm asking this because it includes the Welder.
