there a problem whenever you hover over a law, you cant see anything except tooltip_desc, Im not sure how it would be fixed

@Cynder You do not need to make a patch for the extra laws, they are dynamically populated. If it introduces a new law group than they will go under other laws.

But if you do want to do it, it is pretty easy to script for this.
