Death Toll semi trucks for all semi trucks

This mod replaces the regular semi trucks with the semi trucks model used in death toll

also added a skingroup to the model, so the semi truck in map 2 of No Mercy will now use the unused skingroup setting, making the truck use the red texture instead of the white one

(you're gonna notice how often Valve didn't put the glass model on their trucks alot using this mod)

As long as I don't mention anything with beta l4d1 or TRS's version of l4d, the beyta people will not use this
