[Agent] May I know the email that is linked to your EA Account?
[Me] It is *email*
[Agent] I added spore bot part please try to check and confirm me
[Me] Of course, I'll check real quick
[Agent] Sure
[Me] I can see it's enabled on my end. Thank you so much!
[Me] That was the only issue I was having. Thank you again and I hope you have a wonderful day! :)
[Agent] You’re welcome
[Agent] Thank you for reaching out to EA. It has been a pleasure assisting you. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us again. Take care and have a wonderful day!
[Agent] Thank you for contacting EA HELP. My first name is ABHISHEK . May I start with your first name, please?
[Me] Hello Abhishek, my name is *name*
[Agent] Hello *name*, it's great to meet you! I hope you’re doing well. How can I help you today?
[Me] I hope you're doing well too. I am having an issue with the 2010 Dr. Pepper collab Bot Parts. I'm unable to post any creations with the parts to spore.com because the game requires the Bot Part badge under the "owned games" tab. This isn't a troubleshooting question, I just need to get a hold of someone who has access to the site to ask permission for them to enable it for me.
[Agent] No worries, I will certainly look into the options to help you with.
You may have to wade through a lot of agents that unfortunately don't have any way to help you, but once you find one who can help, you're pretty much set. Keep in mind I went through 5 representatives and only on my second day of trying was I able to find someone who could help. Just keep being polite and persistent and it'll eventually pay off. Here is the way my experience went:
2nd Chat: ABHUSHEK S (sic.) joined after about 6 minutes of waiting and immediately attempted to do a Steam product key merge for the EA app. After another three minutes of waiting he popped back into the chat and just said "I added it to your account, is there anything else?"
If you have more than a few chats, you're getting unfairly bullied by EA. Please vent in the comments, the world needs more EA hate.
If I may recommend anything, say something like "free download" and "2010 Dr. Pepper collab" and they might pick up on what you're talking about better.
