NCF - Rhino 4 - Assault Tank

Description
Welcome to the NCF - Rhino 4

Designed by New Coalition Motors, the Rhino 4 was based off of American tanks from the 21st Century. The Rhino class was designed to replaced the aging Rhino 3, which was a much larger platform. The NCF needed to transport tanks more easily across systems, so a large, heavy design was impractical.
To fix this problem, New Coalition Motors built a far smaller wheelbase, threw on an Assault Cannon, and a machine gun. The NCM also gave the Rhino a dual hydrogen-uranium power plant.
