Guardrails specification based on VESIBA® products[svodidla-vesiba.cz].

Contain 40 items:
- 8 types of guardrail networks
- 3 blue railing props of different lengths
- 17 misc props used in network, transition pieces, end pieces
- [update] added 12 more end pieces props for all guardrail types

✅ Not terrain conform.
✅ Keyword : guard, rail, end

Fix misalignment on asymmetrical network
sometime the game did not get the direction of network right, while you can use the upgrade tool to flip roads, decorative networks cannot.
you will need to use Network Multitool's invert function to flip misaligned segments.

Known issue:
- when add network with IMT, the post/pole props didn't spawn. Please add related post/pole props as additional IMT rule.

@namenvalid yes, I already noticed it in the description. well thank you. and as for the transition, I thought it would be possible to upload it separately as one prop? and in picture i see them in this pack anyway. but it is no important, definitelly i want and i will use them. thanks for all your job here

it's known issue as I already mentioned in description.
the transition to concrete barrier is in the Concrete Barriers pack

@namenvalid very nice barriers and detailing. nice job mate. the problem is that they don't work well with IMT. intersection marking tool. barriers are loaded, but pillars are not. could something be done about it please? and I also have one non-standard question for you. I finally found what is not available in any railing pack and that is your transition. I don't know if they are part of this pack or if they are yours concrete barriers (also subscribed), but would it be possible to upload only those separately? if you know what I mean. please, if it's not a big problem. they can be used on all other barriers and after modification in PO they fit on everything. but due to the MB size, it would be excellent if they were uploaded separately. thanks mate
