[PHOTON] Ford Crown Victoria GSA v1

Description
A police vehicle of the G.S.A (American States General) unit, the photon lights were made using the Photon Engine, and with the help of "crator_2013" from Phanton discord.

This GSA unit was made to fit on all maps, without that "Los Angeles Police Department, NYPD, or others" stuff, for example if someone wanted a car for an unknown map, using a Los Angeles police car would be weird .
