A Beating (Berry Stout with IRL recipe)

Description
A sweet and rich imperial berry stout that will give you a beating.

Comes with instructions for real life brewing.

Some advices: (because I can't edit the recipe at this point)
- Heat mash water up to 72C before adding the grains to reach to mash temperature. This is because the grains will bring down the temperature by some degrees when you add them.
- It's easier if you mix all the grains dry in a bucket/kettle while you wait for the mash water to heat. Then you can just pour over all the mixed grains to mash at once.
- You want to reach 2.4 Co2-volumes.

For IRL (20 liters):
- Swap the Blackberry Extract with 2.5kg of Blueberry Puree.
- Swap Santa Maria hops with 26.8g of Columbus/Tomahawk hops (14% IBU).
- Use 3 packs of SafAle US-05 yeast or a good substitute.
- There's a lot of sugars in this for the yeast to work with, so it would be wise to support it with yeast nutrients.
- The recipe should give you close to a 12.5% abv. strong stout.

DISCLAIMERS for IRL:
- Only brew this if you have brewed other beers before. This is not a step-by-step recipe that can be followed without tweaking a few things.
- Follow the rules and laws where you live.
- In game you can lift large containers of boiling wort and pour them like a superhero. Don't do this! Use lines for transfer and don't lift boiling kettles, especially not on your own.
- If it's your first time brewing, don't make this recipe. Start with something your local brewing supplier recommends and they can guide you.

Tow things for a IRL tryout of this recipie:
I'll try usign mangroove jack M-15
And swap up the bluebarry for jabuticaba in natura or fresh juice, I was thinking in using arround 2 liters.
I got a BIAB 25l.
For the nutrients I got Some of the cold trub I'v collected from my previus batch, and I'll add it in on mesh.
Any recomendations?

This recipe expects you to mash in one kettle and boil in another. You can also do it with keeping the wort in just one kettle, if you can extract the grains and boil your sparge water somewhere else.

The recipe is made this way to allow you to do it in HERMS-style by having separate cointainers for Mashing, Warming water and boiling.

IRL I'm brewing this one from Oct 7. to Oct 28. and will drink it in mid December. Ask me any questions about brewing this in game or IRL. In real life it will be a bit expensive due to all the malt and blueberries but in return it will give a beating ABV.
