The more you eat, the more you poop. Using toilet and toilet paper (or something similar) adds a little happiness. Poo/pee on ground is sad.
The more you drink, the more you pee (mindfully choose traits ). Panic/stress/diuretic affects how often you pee. You can do it anywhere, but you'd better use the toilet because you're civilized, aren't you?
