Certain Scientific Railgun

Description
Mostly for CSR funs.

Adds Misaka Mikoto hand, which have no sprite (so don't drop it on the ground) and launchs coins.

Adds Coins, equal to railgun shell by damage, but made with hitscan (not an physical projectile, because of particle problems).

Hand can be crafted with dementonite, coins with steel (they are also stackable up to 6)
