Description
„Großer Blumberg“ (also called „Großer Blumenberg“) is a neoclassical building from Leipzig (Germany). It's located on Richard-Wagner Platz and was built in 1826-1832 and is designed by Albert Geutebrück.

Update (06.09.2022) Now the building is also aviable as a unique building. Also the growable version isnt technical a Corner building anymore (cause it caused problems that the building is much bigger than the maximal footprint of 4x4)

@Lilienherz Really appreciate it, this kind building is my type, I personally prefer unique building than RCI setting. Both are great. Awesome. Thank you. ^^ :steamthumbsup:

It's finally updated. Now aviable as a unique and as a non-corner-growable.

@Lilienherz Sorry bothering. It's great to set it to "Commercial building (RCI)", just don't set this one to "Corner Building". A player can still plop a Commercial-RCI building as well even he doesn't have the RICO mod. Of course, "unique building" setting is great as well. For reference. Danke.

@TBG-THZ Thank you for you comment. Yeah it is suboptimal thats bigger than the maximum areal space for a growable. I didnt know that it disappeared than, or I thoght that most people who use such special buildings use RICO with the non-demolish option when its outside a Zone. But your're right, let me see, what I can do in the next days to change it into a (technical) non-corner-building.

Entschuldigung & Danke, erlauben Sie mir, noch einmal zu fragen, erlauben Sie mir, mit Google zu übersetzen, da sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch nicht meine Muttersprache sind. Ich liebe dieses Gebäude. Aber eine Frage. Wenn dies auf 4x4 (nicht 8x4) eingestellt war, sollte dies nicht mehr "Ecke" sein. Wenn die Leute finden, dass es immer verschwunden ist, beachten Sie, dass es sich um ein "Eckgebäude" handelt. Könnten Sie es bitte auf normal (nicht Ecke) stellen?

Love this building. But A Question. When this was set 4x4(not 8x4), this should not be "corner" anymore. If people find it disappeared always, notice its setting is "corner" building. Could you please set it to normal (not corner)?
