NCAF - Firespark - Multirole Fighter [L]

The NCAF Firespark was designed first and foremost as an atmospheric superiority fighter, with its use in space being downplayed almost completely.

Featuring 4 M-95 missiles, the Firespark is more than capable of striking targets both on the ground, and in the air. With it’s target designator, the Firespark is capable of functioning as close-air support for friendly ground forces. It’s missiles are capable of destroying or crippling almost any fighter in use by any of the NCF’s rivals.

In the late summer of 2794, the NCF’s old Raven fighters were starting to show a lack of edge against the SSF’s modern Starsplitter class fighters. NCF technological development led to the design of the M-95 missile, but would later lead to the output of the first Firespark class fighters. With its retroreflective armor, the Firespark is more than capable of remaining under the screens of any enemy, and delivering quick, decisive strikes behind enemy lines.
