Ncentandgy has been a dictatorship since the time has the knowledge and while individual liberties were ignored it was worth it as economy was doing great and that way the population allowed the Ncentandgy national congress to govern however they please. But recently the economy started declining due to an accident at the main harbor whose cause was negligence due to the corruption in the government and it’s GLCs, in order to remediate this the government raise the IVA and the taxes for a lot of things causing an outrage among the citizens. This led to various protests in the country against the new taxes, later followed up by political figures who demanded the removal of the Ncentandgy national congress and the calling of democratic elections. This protests were brutally repressed by the government with many people killed and many others imprisoned, this led for some individual cells to rise up in arms and declare war on the government. You’re “Black Raven” an insurgent commander from one of this groups, your objective is to take over the capital Kayazar and overthrow the government, but keep in mind that you must get the approval of the population, the international community and the other irregular military organizations if you want to see your country prosper.
