Description
This mod will help you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Second World War and bring back memories of Hearts of Iron 2 and Hearts of Iron 3. The mod offers you a whole new experience without changing the checksum and taking away the possibility to earn achievements.

HISTORICAL IMMERSION MOD

THE MOD DOESN'T CHANGE THE CHECKSUM!

It's fully Ironman compatible.


MAIN CHANGES

All the portraits for all the country leaders, generals, navy admirals, advisors and operatives are now replaced with historical photos.

I love the idea of the mod but chaning sounds or even adding unnecessary sounds made this mod unbearable for me. Didnt expect that when i read it will "bring back memories of hoi2 and hoi4"

The mod has been updated to the latest version (1.13.3). All historical portraits have been added for game version 1.13.3.

I have updated the mod by adding portraits for some country leaders. All portraits, including those of scientists, will be updated only in early 2025.
