Report a translation problem
It's organised in a last modified first system meaning that packs you will appear in the order you subscribed to them, with the most recent pack you subscribed being at the top.
Though if a pack get's updated/you yourself add, remove, or move any files, that pack will get sent to the top of your list.
BTW the organisation in this list is independent of how you set your files to be organised.
Or alternatively If you have a bunch of packs in use that might need to be in a specified order to not conflict (like me), you could use the date of when you subscribed to it/when it got last updated (which ever one is more recent) to get a pretty good idea of where the pack is in the list.
