Brighter Worm Scarf

Description
Slightly brightens the Worm Scarf's worn sprite. Intended to make dyes look better on it.

That's not really somethng you can do with resource packs, and I don't know how to make the Tmodloader mod for that kind of thing. The Thorium mod DOES have a glitch dye (I don't know what "pibby" is) though it's not out for 1.4 yet. A number of mods probably have something similar, though.

can you possible make any moving dye of your choice into a pibby glitch dye. i tried to make my character added dye with shadow but it doesnt taken my effect. could you do that for me since i dont know how to "edit" dyes.
