This mod is not supposed to played with ace. It has its own custom armour system. While developing it, i was trying to make gameplay as close as possible to HL. Ace might break that gameplay flow. The mod itself works with ace, but if something will break because of it, i am not the one to blame.

Some units will not their uniforms on them in editor, this is due i am forcing their gear to load after game launches, for some reasons like that some uniforms were made for west side, and i want them to be used by east side units.
That is only happening in editor. When you launch the game everything will work.

ALL OF THE SYNTS, XENIANS AND ZOMBIES ARE NOT PLAYBLE FOR NOW!
They will become playable in next updates. (Except for zombies)

Core mechanics:
  • You can play as Hunter or a Strider. More playable creatures will be added later on.
  • A lot of custom skeleton creatures with its own AI (Antlion Guardians,Antlions, Hunters, Synths, Striders etc). All of the animations and code was done by me. Man, that was a hell of a task to bring those guys to arma.
  • Aditions to vanilla human AI
  • Some combines classes have special skills with custom animations and sounds
  • All the weapons from Resonance Cascade mod were reanimated.
  • New combine weaponary.
  • A lot of music from canceled Vance mod and an awesome Vandorea Music
  • Require my IMS and Zombies cause its using a lot of functions from there.
  • Custom class based Arsenal that you can modify

Known issues:
  • Player can take off their uniforms and stuff, that will look goofy if you playing as a combine since they do not have head models.
  • Custom Ai might not work as intendet in a group. Divide them into smaller groups if thats happening.

Future plans:
  • Elite synth alternative version and Heavy Synths
  • Combine Guards
  • Bug fixes
  • And more hl related stuff

@you will (not) peebs I asked Webknight about a dropship addition ages ago and he said he doesn't know how to do vehicles. It's a real shame, the dropship is the one thing the workshop needs that would make half-life themed ops fuckin keyed

Hey, know you've been pretty busy with other projects and all, but if possible and time allows, could you add an edit to the Headcrab code?

At the moment, whenever they grapple someone, the NPC zombie that comes back after is always set for 'Resistance'.

However, it'd be nice if they could come back as the same Side/Team/Faction as the headcrab themselves.

(This request is mainly due to Sci-Fi support plus wherein you could call for headcrab canisters, and change the faction of said headcrabs. Been bloody useful for scenarios but there could be more functionality with that edit.)
