Samurai in robes

Description
The mod adds kimono-wearing samurai to the United Cities. Most of them chill in a bar or wander the streets, and some travel in groups between cities. They cannot be spoken to or interacted with in any way, but can be robbed if you are able to defeat them in combat.

UPD: Now they are more aggressive in noble way. Chance to be offended in United Cities is now hight :)

Nemús, In our history, the samurai were a privileged class. In the game, things are similar. Sometimes you can see humiliation of the citizens dignity even from the samurai conscripts in vanilla. The game talks a lot about the arrogance of the nobles, but in reality you can rarely encounter unfair treatment from nobles to the player and often only if the player provokes it. Kenshi is meant to be a difficult game, I don't see a problem with an arrogant samurai humiliating you with text in a dialog box. Consider them as low-ranking nobles.

why they talk as nobles? They are powerfull, but not the owners of the Empire
