Cooperative Commonwealth (NO NEW UPDATES)

Description
Please provide policy and balance suggestions!

*** UPDATE*** My computer crapped out and, as a result of my SSD frying, I will no longer be able to make updates. I want to create a newer, more balanced and in-depth mod. I am very busy, so it may take me a while.

Policies:
- Banking cooperatives
- Childcare cooperatives
- Farming cooperatives
- Housing cooperatives
- Manufacturing cooperatives
- The Marcora Law
- Cooperative Commonwealth Act
- Community Land Trusts
- Senior Care Network
- Cooperative Development Centers
- Cooperative Democratic Education Act
- Community Energy Industry
- Workers Councils
- Cooperative Telecoms Industry
- Global Cooperative Development
- Cooperative Transportation Industry

I want to create dilemmas but am having a little bit of trouble figuring it out. If anyone has any tips, please let me know!

Let me know if you have any balance or policy suggestions. I tend to be a bit Utopian so this may be a little overpowered.
Thank you for subscribing friends!

Hi! Honestly, I totally forgot about this game for quite a while.I am on a break from work and school and plan on making a refined version of this. A lot of the policies in this mod are very overpowered, so I plan on addressing that.

Hey, I don't know if you're working on any new mods like you said you were going to, but I really hope you do. I really like this one. I know this game is dead asf tho lol

Nuclear Co-Ops, modular 4th gen nuclear reactors run by co-ops, there have been some Dutch and US experiments in this matter, usually from Universities.

Hi friends. Unfortunately, my computer crapped out and, as a result, I lost all of my files for this game. I plan on working on a couple new mods. I want to make a new, more in-depth version of this one, and a mod based on a green energy/society revolution/evolution. I apologize, but I will be unable to make any edits to this mod. Please let me know if you have any policy/balance/situation recommendations.

I really like the ideas in this mod. If i were to make a suggestion; why don't you introduce a cooperation vs competition tracker that indicates how cooperative or competitive your economy is. The more cooperative policies you introduce the more cooperative your economy becomes which then increases the effectiveness of cooperative policies and can even increase productivity.

A policy idea that could be added as an alternative to minimum wage is a productivity based wage law where instead of being paid per hour workers will be paid passed on how much they produce.

As for situations you could have issues where traditional companies and massive corporations attempt to sabotage coops. You could also make it cost more political power to pass cooperative policies if the existing economy is very competitive with a lot of powerful big businesses.

Looking forward for events and dilemmas! Good question, I don't really have any specific policy idea in mind. I would've mentioned transport as an area, but it's already noted in upcoming. I did hear about a dutch coop for car pooling/sharing as well, so that might be a policy idea (supporting car sharing coops). Healthcare might be another area, although here I don't really know how it could look like. Elder/social care coops might be something to consider. And since Energy is already covered: Cooperatives for the water supply as an alternative to state owned water companies.
