Description
Is it a Medkit? Is it a Headcrab? Is it teleported bread with tumors? A "Breadkit", perhaps?

Replaces the Medkit with the Breadcrab from Team Fortress 2.

Original TF2 cosmetic hat made by doggoh and Glitch2.

i always wonder: why didnt gordon freeman use his helmet? this things could have just killed him in seconds by just hoppin, well, atleast the headcrab is puffin and huffin
