Description
Content:

This mod introduces realistic character textures featuring female and male nudity. To increase anatomical realism, male characters come with a new extra 3d object attached between their legs. The changes only apply to player characters. Zombies are not changed.

In addition to the new textures, the mod adds the following features:
  • Underwear in the default clothing options during character creation.

  • More customisation options for your character's body hair.

  • The body hair will grow during game but you can shave it if you have a razor in your inventory. Option for shaving can be found in the Character Info Screen (same location where you find the options for cutting hair and beard; see one of the screenshots).

  • Beard stubble are now integrated into the male beard growth system meaning that they will grow during game. They can be shaved with a razor. Other beard types can still be shaven with razor or scissors (as in the vanilla game).

  • The mod converts the razor into an item which can only be used several times before it gets exhausted (it will then disappear from the inventory).

  • For build 42, the character customisation screen had to be rearranged to provide enough space for the new body hair options.

I've tried to keep the character textures close to their vanilla counterparts. I only changed the coloring for the more light-skinned variants a little bit. Faces or body proportions are not changed.

Beside the small changes concerning the razor, the mod does not change anything gameplay-related and is purely cosmetic.

IMPORTANT: The mod contains some nudity and is therefore only intended for a mature audience. However, the mod does not contain any sexually explicit content and I'll never add this type of content.

Compatibility:

- Works with single player in build 41 and build 42. Requires a screen resolution of at least 1280x720.

- Multiplayer (in B41): Use at your own risk when playing multiplayer. I did several test runs and everything seems to work fine but I am not an excessive multiplayer by myself, so I cannot say a lot about the topic.

- Not fully safe to remove from or add to an existing save game (when doing so, it may delete some razors from the map; everything else should work).

- Split screen is not supported, no controller support.

- Languages: English, German, Italian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Spanish, Russian, Turkish. Thanks to various steam users for contributing translations! (Note: some translations might be out of date due to game or mod updates.)

- mod version: 1.5.8

Compatibility with other mods:

The mod should work with a lot of other mods out there. There are still some specific cases where problems might occur. Examples are mods introducing new character textures or character models. See the post Incompatible mods in the discussion section for more details.

When playing with clothing mods, it may happen in rare cases that some of the modded clothing items cause graphic glitches when worn by male characters (specifically: the new "extra 3d object" will glitch through clothes). If you detect such a glitch, you can report it so I can try to fix. Vanilla clothes are not affected by those problems.

Bugs/Problems:

Feel free to report in the comments or in the discussion section.

@razab, actually yeah I was already doing that before today lol it only happens when I have your mod enabled with it
razab  [author] 30 Oct @ 5:54pm
@Yvngmakouthill, sorry for the somewhat late response. The bug you reported occurs for me when playing without my mod and with only The Only Cure enabled. So that is not a problem related to my mod.

(Btw if you enable the Only Cure not via the main menu but via the solo -> mods, the problem does not seem to occur... ;) )

@Asian Potato, thanks for the update! I cannot detect any problems. I can play fine with all mods together (my mod + the inventory tetris mod + the patch).

Have you tried playing with your mod list and only disabling mine to see whether the problem is still present?
Asian Potato 30 Oct @ 2:47pm
@razab, i do use a lot of mods so it will take me some time to find which mod may be causing it, but i will note that it only happens when i start a new run as a male character, doesn't happen with female
razab  [author] 30 Oct @ 12:54pm
@AsianPotato, this is not intended!

Do you use a lot of other mods? Possible that other mods cause the issue or that there is a specific compatibility issue. Just asking because that never happened for me when I play with it.

so i noticed when i start a new run with this mod it likes to spawn us naked, im assuming thats a bug?
razab  [author] 30 Oct @ 11:55am
@Daniel, questions and possible bug reports are always welcome here, so no need to worry. :)

Glad to hear that you were able to find out more about the issue! Might be best to ask the mobile port developers or the people behind Lifestyle in that case. Good luck!

@razab Hi there. I finished testing and I discovered a few things.

First, your mod is working fine with Lifestyle.

But I discovered the fault is Lifestyle itself.

It crashes with a high variety of mods, for example: Sapph's Cooking, Working Appliances, Authentic Z, etc.

Also sorry for wasting your time razab, your mod works fine with Lifestyle on mobile.

It's just Lifestyle that is broken with other mods. Sorry.

@Daniel, that's strange!

I just tested both mods again on pc and they run fine together for me (on B42 and B41). My mod also contains a compatibility patch for lifestyle so that they should work well.

If you still have the error logs (console.txt), you can try posting it here in the bug reports section under discussions. I can have a look and check whether there is something obvious going wrong.

But since they work fine on pc, it is possible that the problem is related to the mobile port in which case I can probably not help a lot.
